Yom HaShoah Remembering The Holocaust

Blog - Off The Bima

Debbie was an extraordinarily gifted songwriter and singer who changed the face of American Jewish music. What I especially appreciated about her work is that she taught Jewish texts both through her music and through the English words that translated the Hebrew.

Blog - Off The Bima

The history of many of patriotic holidays is not well known -- and in some cases, the differences between Veterans Day and Memorial Day is unclear. As a proud American I thought that I would share what I know about these two very important days.
